EKAHA is a Yoga Studio formed by a group of certified Isha Hatha Yoga teachers, highly trained and certified under the guidance of Sadhguru @IshaFoundation, Coimbatore(India). Yogasanas

Hatha Yoga is offered as a set of 21 powerful postures, or yogasanas, to enable the system to sustain higher dimensions of energy.This profound science enhances how one thinks, feels, and experiences life. Isha's program requires no special physical agility or previous experience of yoga. It is not merely physical exercise, but enables a person to flower into his ultimate potential; to naturally achieve a state of health, joy, and bliss.

Surya Kriya

Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system. It also balances a person's left and right energy channels, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Participants should reach Bir, Himachal on 5th June, 11am . There will be an Orientation session at 1:00 pm. (Attendance in this session is mandatory)

VENUE DETAILS

Colonel's Resort - The Colonel's Resort is located in the charming hamlet of Bir, in the bosom of the Dhauladhars, in the Kangra valley of Himachal Pradesh. The hamlet is at an elevation of 5,000 ft (1500 meters) and hemmed by the majestic Dhauladhars, and abruptly rises to 11,800 ft (3600 meters) forming a picturesque yet formidable wall to the north. Bir is also the location of the Bir Tibetan Colony, founded in the early 1960s as a settlement for Tibetan refugees after the Tibetan uprising. The Bir-Billing area is also a popular site for paraglider pilots, both Indians, and visitors from all over the world.
