Yogasanas

Yogasanas is a process of profound science which enhances how one thinks, feels, and experiences life. It transforms one’s body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being. Generally, the human body, in an untrained state, is a constant manifestation of various levels of compulsiveness. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture, one creates a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate one’s consciousness. Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance.

Surya Kriya

Surya Kriya

Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system. It also balances a person's left and right energy channels, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind.

Participants should reach Kukuchina, Uttarakhand on 13th June, 11am . There will be an Orientation session at 1:00 pm. (Attendance in this session is mandatory)

Pick up from Delhi : 14 June, 9 pm

Arrival in Kukuchina : 14 June, morning

Yoga sessions and visits : 14-18 June

Departure from Kukuchina : 18 June

Drop to Delhi : 19 June early morning

Double sharing : 35,000 /- per person
Includes pickup and drop (Delhi), food, accommodation, Isha Hatha Yoga practices, and all visits

For a Child
(Child accomodation is along with room accommodation with parents) : 20,000 /- per child
