𝟏. No refund if a participant is absent or comes late for the class. But the same participant can be adjusted in future programs. Participants must pay 15% of standard fees for re-registration. Validity 6 months.

𝟐. If a participant joins the program but he is not able to complete it because of a medical condition (Proof must be provided) and won't be able to rejoin within 6 months then in that case a seat can be transferred to his or her contact but no refund. In such case, without any delay, the participant must inform teacher that he/she wants to avail this provision & must not wait till next class is announced. 15% of standard fees for re-registration will be applicable.

𝟑. Ekaha reserves the right to postpone or cancel the program if minimum number of participants have not registered .
