JALANETI- CLEANSING THE NASAL PASSAGE

Jala Neti is a process of cleansing the nasal passages with salt water. This allows breathing to become free so that air can enter the lungs unimpeded by mucus and dirt which easily builds up during the day.

4. Attendance: You must attend all the sessions of the program you have registered for. If you miss out on any of the sessions, then you can not continue with rest of the sessions.
5. Essentials: Please carry your yoga mat & water bottle.
6. Arrival Time: Please be seated at least 10 minutes before the session start time. The hall will be open 30 minutes before the session starts.
7. Clothing: Cotton and loose fitting clothes are preferred.

Refund policy:
๐Ÿ. No refund if a participant is absent or comes late for the class. But the same participant can be adjusted in future programs. Participants must pay 15% of standard fees for re-registration. Validity 6 months.
๐Ÿ. If a participant joins the program but he is not able to complete it because of a medical condition (Proof must be provided) and won't be able to rejoin within 6 months then in that case a seat can be transferred to his or her contact but no refund. In such case, without any delay, the participant must inform teacher that he/she wants to avail this provision & must not wait till next class is announced. 15% of standard fees for re-registration will be applicable.
๐Ÿ‘. If a class gets canceled by teacher then the teacher must give 2 options -
๐Ÿ‘๐š. Participants can join the next program without any extra fees. And priority will be given to them provided they get in touch with the teacher after the announcement of the next class, at the earliest & not very close the class start date.
๐Ÿ‘๐›. Participants can claim a refund of complete fees. Teachers must bear transaction fees, if any, as well.
